ph443 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph443," "we," "us," "our" refers to ph443 and all services operated under the ph443.club domain.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses ph443 in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the ph443.club website, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any other digital interface through which ph443 services are delivered.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon completion of ph443's registration process.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a Player's ph443 wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cash incentives awarded by ph443 to a Player's account.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR responsible gaming standards.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency in which all ph443 transactions are denominated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with ph443's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ph443 with respect to your use of the Platform. All three documents should be read together.

2.2 By completing the ph443 registration form, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the ph443 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2.3 ph443 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, ph443 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or in-platform notification.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for and use ph443. This is a strict requirement. ph443 employs age verification as part of its KYC process and will permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 18, regardless of the balance held in that account.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions: ph443 services are made available to residents and citizens of the Republic of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of ph443 is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

3.3 Mental Capacity: You represent and warrant that you are of sound mind, acting of your own free will, and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that ph443 is not responsible for any losses you sustain.

3.4 Exclusion Status: If you have voluntarily registered for a self-exclusion program — whether through ph443's own self-exclusion tools or through any third-party responsible gaming program operating in the Philippines — you are not eligible to use ph443 during any applicable exclusion period.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access Real Money Play on ph443, you must create an Account by completing the registration process, which requires providing a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, a secure password, and truthful personal information as requested.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account information promptly if it changes. ph443 may reject or suspend any account where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4.3 One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one ph443 Account. Creating, operating, or attempting to benefit from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a pseudonym, or the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.4 ph443 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or allow any third party to access or operate your Account under any circumstances.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph443 login credentials. ph443 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph443 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

5.2 You agree to notify ph443 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ph443 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the Account pending resolution. ph443 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or have shared your credentials with a third party.

5.3 ph443 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access. When 2FA is enabled, a valid authenticator code is required at every login attempt.

6. Deposits

6.1 All deposits to ph443 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph443 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed within the ph443 wallet interface at the time of deposit.

6.3 You may only deposit funds that you lawfully own. ph443 does not accept deposits from third-party sources and reserves the right to investigate and return any deposit that ph443 reasonably believes originates from a third party or unlawful source.

6.4 ph443 does not charge fees on deposits made via local Philippine payment methods. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees; ph443 is not responsible for any such fees.

6.5 ph443 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account in line with responsible gaming obligations, AML requirements, or at its sole discretion.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph443 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, ph443 requires completion of the KYC identity verification process. This involves submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending until KYC is completed.

7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed within the ph443 wallet interface.

7.4 ph443 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts: GCash and Maya — under 5 minutes for Gold and Diamond VIP tier; standard queue for Bronze and Silver tier — typically 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day subject to banking system availability.

7.5 ph443 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request for the purpose of completing AML checks, resolving a player dispute, or investigating suspected fraud or bonus abuse. In such cases, ph443 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable explanation within 48 hours.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 ph443 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or round while bonus is active, expiry date, and any cashout cap — will be stated at the time the offer is presented.

8.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements count from real-money bets; bonus funds themselves do not count toward wagering requirements.

8.3 ph443 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and reclaim bonus-derived winnings from any Account where ph443 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to systematically extract bonus value, creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, or any form of collusion with other Players to exploit promotional terms.

8.4 ph443 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and in active use at the time of the change.

9. Gameplay Rules

9.1 Each game available on ph443 — whether a slot, live dealer table, sports market, bingo room, or color prediction game — is governed by the specific rules displayed within that game's interface or help section. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.

9.2 All ph443 electronic games (slots, color prediction, bingo) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer games use real dealers and real physical game equipment in professionally managed studios. ph443 does not manipulate any game outcome.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or interrupted connection during a game round, ph443 will attempt to resolve the interrupted round using server-side game logs. If a round cannot be completed or verified, ph443 reserves the right to void the bet and return the applicable stake to the Player's wallet.

9.4 Any wager placed in error — including placing a wager on the wrong selection, at the wrong stake, or on an unintended game — is the Player's sole responsibility. ph443 will not reverse or adjust bets placed in error except where required by technical error.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph443 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment methods;
• Accessing ph443 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using any form of software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over ph443 or other players;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through ph443 deposits or withdrawals;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability for financial gain and failing to report it to ph443 immediately;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph443 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or otherwise dispute a legitimate ph443 transaction with your payment provider without first raising the matter with ph443 support.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 ph443 is committed to responsible gaming. ph443 recognizes that a small proportion of players may develop gambling-related problems, and ph443 has a duty of care to all Players to make responsible gaming tools accessible.

11.2 Every ph443 Account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated through account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension); and self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure).

11.3 If you wish to self-exclude, you may do so directly from your account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. ph443 will take all reasonable steps to identify and enforce self-exclusion requests across all access channels.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the ph443 Platform — including but not limited to the ph443 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ph443 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph443 Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any ph443 content or software.

12.3 The ph443 name, logo, and brand marks may not be used in any context without express prior written authorization from ph443.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph443's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising from contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph443 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.2 ph443 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

13.3 ph443 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph443 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from scheduled or unscheduled Platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment system failures outside ph443's reasonable control.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph443's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14. Termination and Suspension

14.1 ph443 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where ph443 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a risk to ph443's regulatory standing or the integrity of the Platform.

14.2 In the event of Account termination for cause, ph443 may withhold any balance associated with that Account pending investigation. Where it is determined that funds arise from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitative behavior, those funds shall be forfeited.

14.3 You may close your ph443 Account at any time by contacting ph443 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and funds under investigation) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

14.4 Upon Account closure, your license to use the Platform terminates. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation Sections 10, 12, 13, and 16 — shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 ph443 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. The updated Terms will be posted on ph443.club with a revised Effective Date.

15.2 For material amendments, ph443 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (for example, grammatical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not change the substance of any obligation) take effect immediately upon posting.

15.3 Your continued use of ph443 after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using ph443 and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 14.3.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph443, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph443's internal complaints process. You may submit a complaint to ph443 customer support, which will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph443's internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For disputes relating to ph443's gaming license or compliance with PAGCOR regulations, escalation to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may be available.
